Our accessibility goal
We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort. We review our website regularly, and we have not yet verified that every page and feature fully meets this standard, so we do not claim full conformance at this time.
What we do
Our accessibility work includes the following: a “Skip to main content” link and clear page landmarks; keyboard access to menus, links, buttons, and forms; visible keyboard focus indicators; labeled form fields with grouped questions and written error messages; text alternatives for informative images; color contrast review of text and controls; a control to pause the background video and the moving awards carousel; and testing with automated accessibility tools together with manual keyboard checks.
Known limitations
Some content provided by third parties, such as the embedded Google reviews widget, the reCAPTCHA spam check, and embedded video, may not be fully accessible, and we cannot always control how those tools are built. Some older pages and blog posts may also still be under review.
