Yerushalmi Law Firm, APC, doing business as Injury Needs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through injuryneeds.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It also serves as our Notice at Collection for California residents.
I. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Site and contact us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and city, state, and ZIP code.

II. Sources of Personal Information

IV. “Sales,” “Sharing,” and Disclosures for a Business Purpose
We use analytics and advertising tools on the Site, including Google Ads, Google Analytics (via Site Kit), and live chat tools. Under California law, making certain online identifiers and activity data available to advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. The categories involved can include identifiers (such as IP address and cookie IDs) and internet or other electronic network activity.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority. We aim to respond within the time required by law. Some information, such as information protected by attorney-client privilege or that we must keep by law, may not be available for access or deletion.
VIII. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
IX. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised, and the updated version will apply from that date.
